Ticket Information
Many of you have asked when tickets will be sent out, especially after the location announcement. As stated in the terms and conditions, tickets will be issued in May. This timing helps reduce unnecessary changes and cancellations, as we understand that some of you may face situations such as not being granted annual leave or discovering that you can’t attend due to other commitments – affecting both you and your co-passengers (whose names will also appear on the tickets). Additionally, some of you may still be finalizing your car details, whether your vehicle will be ready, or if you’re in the process of purchasing a new one. Before receiving your tickets, we’ll ask you to confirm the names of your co-passengers and your car’s registration number. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
Our New Location – Postojna
We are proud to introduce Postojna as the meeting’s host town. The town is set within the karst region, characterized by its unique limestone formations, underground rivers, and exceptional cave systems. The world-famous Postojna Cave is a testament to the natural beauty of this area, offering visitors a glimpse into the underground world carved out over millennia. In addition to its natural wonders, the town boasts a range of cultural attractions, local traditions, and vibrant gastronomy that capture the true spirit of Slovenia. Additionally, Postojna is just 25 km from Vipava, offering you the perfect chance to take a trip and enjoy some of Slovenia’s finest wines – from the selections you were able to sample in our Red Tent at the Swiss meeting two years ago.

There is ample camping space and amenities available for everyone on site. However, for those who are not able to camp or prefer other lodging options, Postojna offers a wide range of accommodations nearby. From hotels and guesthouses to other lodging alternatives, there are plenty of choices to suit various needs and budgets. For those planning to drive in Slovenia, please remember that an e-vignette is required for travel on the motorways.
