Logging in for the first time? You’ll need to set up a password. The process for this is:

• Click, “Lost your password?”
• When prompted, enter your email address and click “Reset Password”.
• Check your email for a link (it can sometimes end up in spam or take a few minutes to arrive).
• Follow the reset page as instructed when you click on the link.
• Type your new chosen password. (Your password must be 12 characters) , and confirm it.

Click “Reset Password” & you’re all setup.
