The Committee is responsible for the day-to-day running of the club and is formed from ordinary club members.

There are a wide range of posts available to suit a range of skill sets and a post on the committee gives members the chance to shape the future of the club.

Roles’ terms are either 2 or 3 years (depending on the position).

Elections are held annually and members may apply for any role included in that election, even if the current post holder is applying for re-election.

Meetings are now generally held fully online or a combined physical/online meeting and take place approximately 6 times a year.

For a variety of reasons posts can become available part way through their term and if this is the case anyone wishing to take over the role can be co-opted onto the committee to fulfil that function.
